VINCENT, MPH

Vincent has a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Cal State. He has extensive experience in planning, directing, and managing programs. Working collaboratively with social work, psychology, counseling, and human services in regional complex systems of support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and behavioral/mental health. Utilizing ecomaps, and systemic analysis and providing consultation to systems/teams, with best practices in assisting referrals for IDD services, including screening for enrollment. Coordinating support meetings and crisis plan development, visits to the individuals’ homes, day programs, and vocational training to develop service evaluations, cross-systems crisis prevention and intervention plans, intake assessments, and admission/discharge summaries for resource centers and inpatient admissions. Participating in IDD Services National Network, conference calls, and annual conferences.

Vincent has directed non-profit public charities in organizational growth and development including frameworks, statistical analysis, management, policy, contracts and agreements, networking, relationship building, economics, capacity building, donor support, philanthropy and fundraising, cost cutting, savings and effectiveness, social behavior, program design and development, communication, community organization, volunteerism and advocacy, media, marketing, and branding, serving marginalized populations in the local community. He has also worked for the U.S. government in international programs, having worked for the Bureau for Global Health in the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and research for the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

ABEGAIL, USRN, BSN, Philippine RN, Prometric RN

Abegail graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and College Coursework in Business Management.

Abegail is an RN Supervisor in the United States supervising CNAs, LVNs, and nursing assistants. Her responsibilities include preparing and administering medications to carry out orders of physicians, evaluating responses to medications or treatments, and reporting adverse reactions in accordance with policies and procedures. She orders prescribed medications, equipment, and supplies established by the facility and arranges requisites of diagnostic and therapeutic services. She communicates with physicians regarding changes in conditions and test results. Abegail educates patients and their families on health-related issues. Abegail orients newly assigned personnel and performs all position-related duties as required, making resident rounds to ensure proper and appropriate care is rendered while identifying areas of improvement. She assists in the revision and distribution of nursing assignments for Charge Nurse responsibilities and directs nursing personnel.

Abegail initiates emergency procedures, basic CPR, and provides emergency patient treatment, participates in the facility’s control program of infectious and communicable diseases, including monitoring and evaluation of residents and staff. Abegail is trained to follow procedures for reporting hazardous conditions and/or equipment.
